Anchor builds custom AI systems that operate software the way a person would. This Privacy Policy applies to our website (anchorops.co) and any direct business communications between us and prospective or current customers.

It does not cover the systems we build and deploy for customers — those are governed by separate agreements with the customers operating them.

We collect two categories of information:

a) Information you give us directly

When you fill out a form, email us, schedule a call, or otherwise contact us, you may share:

  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name and role
  • Anything else you choose to include in your message

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit anchorops.co, we collect limited analytics data through Google Analytics, including:

  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • General location (country / region, based on IP address — not precise location)
  • Pages you viewed and how you arrived at our site (referring URL)
  • Time spent on pages and basic interaction events

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising or retargeting.

  • Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (currently up to 14 months).
  • CRM records: Retained for as long as we have an active business relationship or interest, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you re-engage. You can request deletion at any time (Section 9).

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized personnel and relying on reputable third-party providers (Google, Close) that maintain industry-standard security practices.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We do our best, and we will notify you promptly of any breach affecting your information if required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (Europe), the CCPA (California), or similar regulations elsewhere. These typically include the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information

Anchor operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or in countries where our service providers (Google, Close) operate.

11. Children’s Privacy

Anchor’s services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact hello@anchorops.co and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly. We encourage you to check back periodically.
